Post a Quickie

This week has been pretty rad! for the third week in a row I have gotten up at 5.30am to go to the gym on the week days! YAY ME!!

I gained then I lost 200g's so I am back at my original weight that I can't seem to get under. But hopefully with next Wednesday's weigh in - I will see a number I haven't seen in a while.

My work pants are almost falling off me - they have been pretty loose for a while but now, they look ridiculous! So, I gots ta go shopping :)

I've been really good eating all the right foods, sticking to the right calories and not feeling at all like I want to go nuts on a bucket of ice cream or devour the world... but wait, I'm not PMS'ing!

I want to explode and write all about the mountain I walked up last weekend but I need more time, damn 5.30am starts mean 9.30pm bed times and a million things to do in between.  So the weekend I will come back and write a lengthy blog about that on Saturday. I have to tell you, not only did I learn about myself and my body but the feeling I got was incredible!

Anyways, my 5.30am workout routine will be squashed next week with an upcoming operation to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth out... I am pretty worried about it all, I am making up a menu that I can eat and not ruin all of my hard work ridding sugar from my diet. But its hard work! I need ice stuff so I'm going to freeze fruit and blend it with ice, also make coconut ice cream and puree some soups. Oats and overcooked rice will work too. blah! teeth :(

Still got the weekend to go so, relax, walk, do my fitness test, get my hair done and chill baby!
